1c Kodi inputstream.ffmpegdirect

Make sure to select correct branch, Omega, or Nexus.
I built it from source -I needed to install the nasm package, then just copied /xbmc/build/addons/inputstream.ffmpegdirect in my /.kodi/addons/ and my Kodi Omega works fine.
